Our Story
ClutterBus was born from the inconveniences of moving items and pets around LA
ClutterBus started in Mid 2020 after founder James Otto noticed the difficulties of transporting inconvenient items during lockdown. It became clear that using friends' help moving furniture amid lockdown restrictions was not possible, therefore a new solution had to be formed. Through market research, James knows that ClutterBus is that solution. Beginning in early 2022, the difficulties of transporting inconvenient items will be in the past.
James is an avid surfer and also caters ClutterBus to the beach goer market, as he knows the challenges of beach parking throughout LA, and the impossibility of getting a surfboard to the beach without your own car. The ClutterBus team also values our furry friends, which is why ClutterBud is our service that takes pets with no restrictions on size or breed.
